ENJOY THE DISCOUNTS
5% in the payment of the 10 monthly installments.
10% on reservation for 3 years (30 monthly payments).
Room reservations during the months of July and August have a 20% increase in the monthly fee.
PAYMENT PROCESS
Reservation made with 50% of a monthly fee (refundable if the contract is fulfilled in full and after inspection of the condition of the room).
Payment of the 1st monthly fee upon signing the contract.
Minimum lease period of 5 months.
